Tax
Any and all prices quoted are inclusive of all UK taxes. It is the responsibility of customers residing outside the UK to pay any extra taxes due on the goods and we will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. It is a requirement in the UK to include a customs docket, which notifies the customs authorities of the goods contained within the package.

Purchasing products
Purchasing our products couldn't be easier. Just browse our Catalogue under our products section, and click on any items that you wish to buy. You then follow the staged process of adding them to the 'Contact Us' form and we'll get back to you straight away with a quote. Should you decide to purchase an item, this can be done by us raising an e-invoice to you and we'll send the item out to you or you can come to our premises in Belfast and purchase the product here.

Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you receive any product which is damaged or faulty we ask you to notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will subsequently advise of the method of returning the goods. We will pay for the return postage for faulty or damaged goods.

We will accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within 10 days from the day after you receive the goods.

We reserve the right to stop repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy.

You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation and return of the goods. The cost of postage & packaging for returning the goods will be charged to the customer.

The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
